Omni Plus endeavours to dispatch order from our warehouse NEXT DAY if the order is placed before 3:00pm and all items are IN-STOCK. We deliver next day wherever possible otherwise shipping may take 2-3 working days.
Customer orders are typically delivered between 8:00 am and 4.30 pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
There may be unforeseen circumstances where we are unable to meet our delivery promise. These include but are not limited to:
Should deliveries be hampered, arrangements will be made for the delivery to take place as soon as possible, with customers kept informed.
All deliveries will require a signature as Omni Plus cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods after they have been delivered.
If an initial delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with contact details to call and arrange a redelivery. If you do not call to arrange a redelivery within 5 working days, you will need to re-order through our website.
When ordering, please include the floor level of your delivery address, if relevant.
Omni Plus can only deliver to a physical address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Locked Bags.
At times, Omni Plus may not have enough stock to fulfill your order, resulting in your items being placed on "back order". These back order items will be delivered to you at a later date when these items are in stock.
Omni Plus customers receive free metro delivery for orders of $55.00 or more (inc. GST). For orders under $55.00, a $9.00 + GST min Order $ value fee applies.

Omni Plus will deliver to your nominated carrier in the Metropolitan area , otherwise a delivery charge will apply.
Omni Plus reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for all orders.
Where prices are stated to be inclusive of delivery, delivery is to be made to the delivery address agreed by Omni Plus.
Urgent orders for deliveries outside of the time frames set out above may attract an additional delivery charge.
